If you don’t need to see a nurse, you can go to any of our Sexual Health clinics and ask the reception team for a Quick Check.
They will register you and give you a pack to take to the bathroom to do your own tests and a form to take to Awanui labs for your blood test.
You will only be contacted if your test is positive for an infection.
But if you've got symptoms or you're a contact of a person with an STI, you should ask to see a nurse as you may need extra tests and treatment.
